Pectin 325 NH 95 Patisdécor 125 g
Pectin NH is a food additive with gelling power, used in pastry making for thick-textured jams, milk jams, sauces for topping, fruit purees, gelled milk desserts and dietetic products.
Use of NH pectin: 0.5 to 1.5% of the preparation.
In order to disperse the product without lumps, it is necessary to either premix the NH pectin with other dry ingredients, then pour the preparation into the liquid, or incorporate it into a non-solvent medium (oil, alcohol...).
Ingredients: gelling agent: starch pectin and low ester E440ii, dextrose. Standardized product for addition of sugars.
May contain traces of soy, milk, egg, gluten, nuts, sulfites and lupin.
Suitable for vegetarians.
