Acrylic trays are essential when covering your cake.

They are sized to obtain a layer thickness of +- 08 cm. This thickness corresponds to your ganache, butter cream or other. The discs are adapted according to the PME brand molds.

Use :

• So that the tray does not stick to your cake when you remove it, cover it with cling film.
• Spread the ganache or cream on your 2 trays, then place them on either side of your cake.
• Finally cover your cake, leave to cool and remove your tray and baking paper to get a perfectly straight result! 

Thickness +-3mm

Wash tray by hand, not recommended for dishwasher.
