SmartFlex vanilla fondant is ideal for covering cakes, making figurines or any type of decoration. The fondant is easy to handle and can be spread very well and thinly. It does not tear, crack or stick during rolling. The surface is perfectly homogeneous with a velvety feel. It can be used in different temperature ranges from the Mediterranean to Scandinavia.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, drinking water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm kernels), modified starch (potato starch), thickener (xanthan gum), flavour, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Storage: store in a dry place, 16-23°C, protected from light and air. After opening, put the remaining fondant back into the original packaging to avoid drying out.
