Renshaw sugar paste pro extra has been specially designed to be both very firm and very elastic, making it perfectly suited to hot and humid climates! Its texture is firmer than that of classic Renshaw fondant.

This vanilla-scented sugar paste from England is both firm and elastic, and won't stick. Its silky appearance is ideal for coating your cakes, but it can also be used to make magnificent decorations.

Approx. 500 g of sugar paste are needed to coat a round cake 24-26 cm in diameter or a square cake 20x20 cm.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant: E422, emulsifier: E471, stabilizer: E413, stabilizer: E466, preservative: E202, natural flavor.

May contain traces of : egg, soy, milk, nuts, sulfur dioxide and sulfites (E220-E228) at concentrations exceeding 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
