Silicone mold for modeling in sugar paste, modeling or isomalt, suitable for food contact.
This mold is specially designed for creating pretty sea shells.
How to use them?
Use sugar paste or modeling paste to the size/shape of the mold. Press over the entire surface of the mold without exceeding the surface.
(this silicone mold can also be used with chocolate, cast sugar, marzipan, etc.)
Trim off any excess for reuse.
To remove from the mold, turn out onto the work surface and remove from the mold by slightly folding the edges.
To facilitate removal from the mold, we recommend using cornflour in the bottom of your mold.
Leave to dry and decorate as desired with food paint, glitter, etc.
Your model is ready to decorate your Layer cake, cookies, cupcakes, etc
