The FunCakes acetate roll is a healthy acetate for food. The acetate can also be used for chocolate and to make for example bavarian cakes and cheesecakes. Also easy to cut to size for other needs.
How to prepare the mould for the perfect cream pie: Cut the acetate to the desired size. Start with the cake at the bottom, put the acetate in the mould and add the cream like bavaroise or cheesecake. Give it time to harden and then remove the mould and the acetate.
Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
Size: length 20 m, height 12 cm.
