Santa Claus - Cookie Cutter + Embosser

How to use the Delisweet cakes Embosser?

- Roll out your sugar paste to a thickness of around 3 mm.

- Place your Embosser on the sugar paste and press down with your rolling pin.

- Lift the Embosser to visualize the result.

- Using a cookie cutter, choose your shape and cut the outline of your creation.

- You can also use it the other way round, spreading the sugar paste over your Embosser.

- Tip: you can paint the 3D motif.

For example, mix edible gold powder with a little lemon extract or alcohol and you've got a shiny paint job! This little extra touch will make your creations gorgeous.

Don't hesitate to use a little cornflour during the process. The Embosser is suitable for medium-sized cookies and cupcakes. They're made from high-quality food-safe plastic. You'll be able to use it for many years without the quality of the plastic deteriorating.

Hand-wash in lukewarm water before and after each use.
