Silicone mould for modelling in sugar paste, modelling or isomalt, suitable for food contact.

This mould is specially designed for the creation of beautiful flowers. 

How to use them?

Use sugar paste or modelling paste in the size/shape of the mould. Press all over the surface of the mould without going over the surface.

(This silicone mould can also be used with chocolate, cast sugar, marzipan,...)

Cut off the excess which you can reuse.

To unmould your modelling, turn it over on the work surface and unmould it by slightly folding the edges of the mould.

To make it easier to remove from the mould, it is advisable to use cornflour in the bottom of your mould.

Leave to dry and decorate to your liking with food paint, glitter, etc.

Your model is ready to decorate your Layer cake, biscuits, cupcakes...
