White and odorless.

Not as sweet as sugar but can be mixed with other substitutes to make it sweeter.

Contents: 250 grams.

Preparation: Melt in the microwave (about 700W in a heatproof bowl) or in a saucepan up to 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until it has completely melted. Place the bowl/pan in a dish filled with a small amount of cold water for about 10 seconds. Once tempered, you can color it and use it as you wish. WARNING : The melted isomalt is very hot !
