Oil based dye 20ml Caramel

Colour Mill colours are described as a new generation of food colouring.

Their oil-based composition allows them to be diluted and mixed with preparations such as buttercreams, chocolate, ganache, gumpaste, modelling paste, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes and icings.

All water-based materials have been removed, replacing them with oils suitable for baking and cakes, these mix much better than water-based gel dyes.

To color your preparations:

• Remember to shake the bottle well before use
• Take a small amount of dye and mix it into your mixture
• Allow time for the colour to mix with your preparation. The colour intensifies after a short time.

We advise you to keep the bottle of dye in a place protected from light and heat.

The dye comes in a 20ml bottle.
