Oil-based colorant 100ml Melon

Color Mill colors are described as new-generation food colorants.

Their oil-based composition enables them to be diluted and mixed with preparations such as buttercreams, chocolate, ganaches, gumpastes, modelling pastes, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes and icings.

All water-based materials have been removed, replacing them with oils suitable for pastry and cakes, these mix much better than water-based gel colorants.

To color your preparations :

• Shake bottle well before use
• Take a small dose of colorant and mix into your preparation
• Allow the color to blend into your preparation. Color intensifies after a short time.

We recommend keeping the colorant bottle in a dark, cool place.

The colorant comes in a 20ml bottle.
