Oil-based colorant 100ml Red

Color Mill colors are described as a new generation of food colouring.

Their oil-based composition allows them to be diluted and mixed with preparations such as buttercreams, chocolate, ganaches, gumpaste, modelling paste, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes and icings.

All water-based materials have been removed, replacing them with oils suitable for baking and cakes, these mix much better than water-based gel colorants.

To color your preparations:

• Remember to shake the bottle well before use
• Take a small amount of dye and mix into your mixture
• Allow time for the color to mix with your preparation. The color intensifies after a short time.

We advise you to keep the bottle of colorant in a place protected from light and heat.

The dye is offered in a 100ml bottle.
