How to use the Delisweet cakes Embosser?

- Roll out your sugar paste to a thickness of around 3 mm.

- Place your Embosser on the sugar paste and press down with your rolling pin.

- Lift the Embosser to visualize the result.

- Using a cookie cutter, choose your shape and cut the outline of your creation.

- You can also use it the other way round, spreading the sugar paste over your Embosser.

- Tip: you can paint the 3D motif.

For example, mix edible gold powder with a little lemon extract or alcohol and you've got a shiny paint job! This little extra touch will make your creations gorgeous.
