DeliSweet Cakes offers baking products and accessories for sale online: Cookie Embossers, Food Beads, Cake Toppers, Cake Trays, Cookie Outbossers...
The customer visits the website and fills the shopping cart with the products he/she wishes to purchase. The customer will then accept the terms and conditions and pay for the order using one of the payment solutions available on the website. Then the customer will confirm their order. DeliSweet Cakes will then send him an order confirmation email. The sales contract between DeliSweet Cakes and the customer is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email.
DeliSweet Cakes reserves the right to request additional information from the customer and to refuse certain orders, in particular if the customer is a minor, if there is an ongoing dispute, if stocks do not allow the order to be honoured or if there is an obvious error in the description or price of the products. Only legally capable persons can place an order.
Complaints and Litigation
Our conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to settle it amicably. The procedure will be conducted in French.
